SpinCast Instruction

Spincast, also known as centrifugal casting, is a specialized technique employed in the creation of exquisite jewelry and artistic crafts. In this method, molten metal, including low-temperature alloys such as tin alloys and lead alloys, is meticulously poured into a rapidly spinning mold. The centrifugal force generated by the spinning motion distributes the molten metal evenly throughout the mold, ensuring precise filling and detailed replication of the mold’s design. As the metal cools and solidifies, intricate and delicate patterns emerge with remarkable clarity and fidelity. Spincast is highly valued in the jewelry industry and the crafting of artistic pieces for its ability to produce intricate, high-quality designs with fine details and superior surface finish across a wide range of materials.

Die Casting Machine Intruction

Alloy die casting is a precision manufacturing process utilized in the production of a wide range of metal components. In this method, molten metal is injected into a steel mold cavity under high pressure, often using specialized equipment called die casting machines. The high pressure helps to ensure that the metal fills the mold completely, resulting in detailed and accurate reproduction of the mold’s design. Once the metal solidifies, the mold is opened, and the casting is ejected. Alloy die casting is favored for its ability to produce parts with tight tolerances, excellent surface finishes, and high dimensional stability. This process finds extensive applications in industries such as automotive, aerospace, electronics, and consumer goods manufacturing.

We can produce according to customer demand:

1. Vertical die casting machine (25 tons, 80 tons)

2. Hot and cold chamber die casting machines (25-4000 tons)

Fusible Alloy Instruction

Fusible alloys, characterized by their low melting points, are composed of two or more metals. These alloys are engineered to melt at temperatures lower than their individual constituents, making them valuable for various applications. Fusible alloys, including tin-lead alloys, bismuth alloys, and low-melting-point solder alloys, offer exceptional flowability and workability, making them ideal for specific processes. They find widespread use in electronics, plumbing, jewelry making, crafting, as well as in medical and aerospace industries. Fusible alloys play a critical role in applications where precise melting points and ease of use are essential, such as in manufacturing specialized medical devices and aerospace components.

We can produce according to customer demand: 1. Produce various fusible alloys with melting point from 11-280 degrees Celsius 2. Customize fusible alloy products and accessories

Silicone Rubber Instruction

Silicone rubber molds, widely used in centrifugal casting, are tailored for jewelry and crafts production. These circular molds, post-curing, endure high temperatures, ideal for the centrifugal casting process. Molten metals are injected into rotating molds, where centrifugal force distributes them uniformly, capturing intricate details. Upon solidification, molds unveil finely textured, precisely shaped solid products. Silicone’s flexibility ensures accurate replication of intricate designs, making it perfect for crafting various jewelry and artistic pieces. With their ability to withstand high temperatures and reproduce detailed patterns, circular silicone rubber molds are indispensable in the production of exquisite ornaments and crafts
