Production and manufacturing process
1. Mold making process (known as compression molding)
Multiple pieces of the board are directly pressed into the A to B adhesive film to form, with A adhesive placed in the middle and divided into upper and lower molds. A adhesive is heat-resistant, while B adhesive is used to pad the height of the mold;
2. Sulfurization
Preheat the molding machine first, place the prepared A and B adhesive films into the mold frame, and then place them on the molding machine for preheating and pressure (with appropriate force). Heat them to 140 ℃ -160 ℃ for one hour or one and a half hours (depending on the size of the mold) to shape them
3. Mold opening (mold taking)
After the mold has cooled properly, take out the finalized A and B adhesive films from the mold frame, open the upper and lower molds, use tools such as blades and cranes to open the water outlet, and make the exhaust hole;
4. Molten material
Put the alloy material that needs to be melted into the furnace and melt it to the desired temperature;
Centrifugal Casting
Put the adhesive film into the centrifugal casting machine, then pour in the molten material, use centrifugal force to throw the melted material into the mold, cool and shape it, take out the mold from the casting machine, break open the upper and lower molds, take out the product, and return the waste to the furnace for melting again.
